Pricing Guide
All footage is licensed as 'Rights-Managed', meaning that footage is purchased for a single production. License Fees (rates) are based on the License Use and Terms of the production. Rates are also based on camera format and rarity of footage, so rates may differ from clip to clip. All rates are per clip (up to 10 seconds). If you desire more than 10 seconds of a particular clip, the rate is calculated per second. All master footage is available to license online, with delivery available in any tape format or digital format. Lab fees and shipping costs are calculated separately.

The Pricing Calculator
There are two ways to determine the rate for a particular clip or set of clips. The first is by using the online Pricing Calculator. The Pricing Calculator can be viewed from the Footage Search Movie Popup Window when you play a clip online. To use the Pricing Calculator, you must first register and sign in to your account. To view the License Rate of a particular clip, click on any clip to open the Movie Popup Window, then click on the calculator icon to reveal the Pricing Calculator section. Then select the License Use and Terms from the Pricing Calculator. The price for the clip will appear just below.

To determine the License Rate for a set of clips, first add the clips to your Clipbin or Cart. Click on either Clipbin or View Cart to go to that page. From the Clipbin or Cart page you selected, you may then select the License Options from the Pricing Calculator. License Rates will appear with each clip description.

Bulk Discounts
Bulk discounts are calculated based on the number of clips in your order. The Pricing Calculator automatically adjusts for the following bulk discounts:
More than 10 Clips = 10% Discount
More than 20 Clips = 15% Discount
More than 30 Clips = 20% Discount

A Non-Profit discount of 10% is available for verifiable non-profit organizations. This may not be combined with any other discounts.

Master Order
You can order master clips online using the Footage Search secure online ordering system. To place a Master Order online, add the desired clips to your Cart, click the View Cart link to go to your Cart, then select the Order Master Clips link. You will be prompted to respond to questions regarding delivery format, shipping options, production title, use, term, and licensee and billing information. Once you have completed your Master Order online, a Footage Search representative will promptly review your request, research any additional lab and shipping fees, and email you an Invoice and Media License Agreement,along with either a payment link or other relevant payment options. Once we have received a signed License Agreement and payment in full, we will release the master footage.

Rate Quote
You can submit a Rate Quote online or you can contact us by phone or email. To submit a Rate Quote online, add the desired clips to your Cart and select the Get Rate Quote link. Once you have completed your Rate Quote online, a Footage Search representative will promptly review your request and forward a Rate Quote to you by email.

Free Preview Downloads
Watermarked Preview Clips can be downloaded by registered business clients in the Quicktime H.264 format for offline editing or in-house preview purposes. To enable free watermarked preview downloads, you must first register with NatureFootage. Full-frame Preview Clips are available to approved business clients who provide adequate contact and project information. Please allow up to 24 hours for a sales representative to approve your request for full-frame watermarked preview clips. The preview download option above is NOT available for Academic Use or for any Public Display.

Once you have performed a Search and found clips you wish to download for preview, simply click the arrow icon located beneath each clip. We can also provide preview footage on a DVD, hard drive or preview tape for additional fees.
