Overview
All preview and master footage is available for purchase online, with delivery via download or on tape, CD/DVD or hard drive.
Free Preview Downloads
Watermarked Preview Clips can be downloaded by registered business clients in the Quicktime H.264 format for offline editing or in-house preview purposes. To enable free watermarked preview downloads, you must first register. Full-frame Preview Clips are available to approved business clients who provide adequate contact and project information. Please allow up to 24 hours for a sales representative to approve your request for full-frame watermarked preview clips or contact a sales representative by phone. The preview download option above is NOT available for Academic Use or for any Public Display.
Once you have performed a Search and found clips you wish to download for preview, simply click the download icon 
located beneath each clip. The clip will be saved to your desktop or download folder.
If you prefer, we can also provide preview footage on a DVD, hard drive or preview tape for additional fees.
How to Order
Ordering footage for your project is simple. Just follow the steps below to: 1. Add Clips to the Cart, 2. Set Clip Pricing, and 3. Order Master Footage.
Add Clips to Your Cart
To order master footage, add the desired clips from either your Search Results or your Clipbin to your Cart by clicking the Add to Cart 
icon beneath each clip. You may view the contents of your Cart at anytime by clicking the View Cart tab on the Menu Bar.
Set Clip Pricing
Pricing can be set using the Pricing Calculator 
icon located beneath each clip. Just click the Calculator icon to set your usage terms. This can be done at anytime, from either your Search Results page, your Clipbin or your Cart. Once you have set terms for one RIghts Managed clip or one Royalty Free clip, the terms will update for all other clips of the same category (Rights Managed or Royalty Free). These rates will appear for all clips in both the Popup Movie and your Cart.

Order Master Footage
Once you have added your clips to your Cart and Set Clip Pricing, you are ready to place your Master Order.
Start by clicking View Cart on the top menu bar.
Inside your Cart, if you still need to, you can use the Pricing Calculator 
to set or change License Use and Terms for clips in your Cart.
Next, set the Delivery Options for each clip in your Cart using the pull-down menus next to each clip.
When you are ready to Check Out, click on the "Place Master Order" button on the bottom of the page. You will be prompted to respond to questions regarding shipping options, production title and description, Licensee and billing information, and shipping options. Please fill out the form completely.
Once you have completed your Master Order online, a Footage Search representative will promptly review your request and fulfill your order. Once you have successfully placed your first master order online, we may approve your account for future immediate download privileges. Please contact a sales representative if you wish to be pre-approved for immediate download of master footage.
